Free Intro
This is a "No Sweat" opportunity for you to come in, see the facility, and meet with a coach. We want to know your background, goals, and any obstacles that you may have with your fitness so that we can come up with a plan for success for you.
On Ramp
This four days of small group intro training is where you will be exposed to the movements, equipment, and modifications that are used in CrossFit. You will be guided through CrossFit’s nine foundational movements, power and Olympic lifts, and frequently used progressions by Glynco’s credentialed coaches.

Glynco monthly memberships, start with an initial 3 month commitment. This is to ensure that you give yourself the time to actually benefit from the hard work that you are doing. Plan to attend at least three classes per week. You're worth the investment!
