Getting Started is Simple

1. Book Your Free Intro

This is the best place to get your journey started! You'll get a chance to meet one-on-one with one of CrossFit Glynco's coaches. Together you will discuss your goals, test and analyze your biometrics, and create the right fitness plan for you.



2. Design a Plan

Work with an expert to create a simple and sustainable plan just for you. Your plan may include fitness, nutrition, or BOTH! All new fitness members are put through six days of one-on-one (or small group) intro training. (Included in the price of your first month.) This is where you will be exposed to the movements, equipment, and modifications that are used in CrossFit. You will be guided through CrossFit’s nine foundational movements, power and Olympic lifts, and frequently used progressions by Glynco’s Level 1 certified coaches. Extra support will continue as you are incorporated into our regularly scheduled classes.
