Cost: $135 per month - three month commitment required.** (Typically taught in a one-on-one setting, these six intro sessions alone have a value of $450.)

**Why a commitment? Three months is required as we have found that this is the amount of time needed to create a habit of regular gym attendance.
For the first time EVER, CrossFit Glynco is offering a class strictly for beginners.
This is your chance to be exposed to the movements, equipment, and modifications that are used in class without the intimidation of being the only newbie in the room. Participants will spend two weeks being guided through CrossFit’s nine foundational movements, power and Olympic lifts, and frequently used progressions by Glynco’s Level 1 certified coaches. Extra support will continue as you are incorporated into our regularly scheduled classes.
